A striking antique red Sarouk, hand-knotted in wool in Persia around 1900. This one-of-a-kind piece showcases an open field medallion across a red palette, and measures 6’10” x 10’0″.
This piece is hand-made and one of a kind, woven in the traditional manner and impossible to reproduce exactly.
At a true room size it will anchor a living or dining room, framing a seating group or sitting comfortably under a dining table. Its reds bring warmth and depth, classic with dark woods and leather. Hand-knotted from durable wool, it is made to be lived with and handed down.
