A 1930s Persian Kirman carpet, The piece measures approximately 15’0″ × 30’0″ (per the seller listing) — a true gallery-format proportion suited to formal long living rooms, ballrooms, hotel reception floors, and the largest residential rooms.

The composition is a red-toned floral design, the hallmark register of mid-century Kirman commercial production. Kirman (also Kerman) is a major city in southeastern Persia (now Iran), with one of the longest continuous formal-carpet weaving traditions in the country. Kirmans are particularly recognized for their fine knot counts, refined floral drawing, and the pastel-and-saturated color palettes that defined Persian decorative carpet exports from the late 19th century through the mid-20th.

Hand-knotted wool. Authentic one-of-a-kind antique.
