Haji Jalili was the most famous master weaver of late-19th-century Tabriz, whose workshop is associated with the highest tier of antique Tabriz production — recognized for exceptionally refined drawing, signature soft color palettes, and consistently fine knot counts. Carpets attributed to Haji Jalili are among the most collected formats of antique Persian formal carpet.
