This exceptional late-19th-century textile showcases the creativity of early American craftsmanship. Unlike traditional floral or geometric patterns of the era, this piece breaks away into a stunning landscape of organic, cloud-like formations and textured color blocks. The shifting bands of red, orange, and earthy neutrals create a mesmerizing sense of movement and modern visual depth.
