Refund and Returns Policy

At RugsOnNet, we take pride in the quality of our rugs and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our purchase and return terms below:


1. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@rugsonnet.com as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. 4-Day In-Home Trial

We offer a 4-day in-home trial period starting from the day your rug is delivered. During this time, you may return the rug if it does not meet your expectations, provided:

  • The rug is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
  • The rug is returned in its original packaging or comparable protective wrapping.
  • You initiate the return by contacting us at returns@rugsonnet.com within the 4-day window.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Rugs must be shipped back using a trackable shipping service.
  • Rugs damaged in transit due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Rugs marked “Final Sale” on the product page are non-returnable.
