A striking contemporary multicolor jewel-tone American Hooked, hand-hooked in wool in China. This one-of-a-kind piece showcases a modern / modernist design across a multicolor jewel-tone palette, and measures 9'0" x 12'0". American hooked rugs are a beloved folk-art tradition in which loops of wool or cotton are pulled through a sturdy foundation by hand. They are cherished for their graphic, naive charm and one-of-a-kind, handmade character. At a true room size it will anchor a living or dining room, framing a seating group or sitting comfortably under a dining table. Its multicolor palette gives you freedom to pull accent colors throughout the room. Hand-made from natural fibers, it carries the warmth and irregular charm of true handcraft.
