This artistic solid green color field oval antique bird border pattern English Art Deco Noel Simmons rug is a rare and striking example of early 20th-century design that showcases the refined creativity of the Art Deco movement as interpreted in England. From a period when modernist aesthetics were reshaping decorative arts, this oval rug pairs a serene solid green field with an expressive bird-inspired border pattern, creating a piece that feels both elegantly minimal and richly narrative. This artistic area rug emerged from the Art Deco era — a design movement known for its blend of streamlined geometry, artistic flair, and decorative balance — this oval English carpet reflects that aesthetic through its simple yet dynamic composition.
